In view of a major expansion, we are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious
Trainee in Aerospace Department / Internship (m/f/d)
located in our offices in Kirchheim unter Teck (near Stuttgart), Germany
starting from September 2024 (3 – 6 months)
Principal tasks:
Hands-on experience with 5-axis horizontal and vertical machining centers by supporting customer inquiries
Conducting and analyzing machine test cuts
Contributing to innovative solutions by supporting to develop efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes
By conducting feasibility studies and part analyses you will acquire valuable problem-solving skills
Master programming and optimization while developing and refining NC programs
Qualification and experience:
You're currently pursuing a degree in production technology, industrial engineering, manufacturing planning or a related field
Previous experience in machine tool industry
Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM systems is beneficial with experience in CATIA or Siemens NX an advantage
Interest in international collaboration and Japanese culture
Interpersonal skills by working effectively in a diverse team and in an international environment
Fluency in English and C2 level in French or Spanish
Passion for innovation by exploring new technologies and contributing to our team's success
